Asphalt Sealing

At D&D Asphalt we use a mixture of Coal Tar based sealer, along with other top of the line sealers. We always apply the sealer by hand with a squeegee/brush allowing every nook and cranny to be filled. Coal Tar gives off a deep, rich black finished product while being very oil and fuel resistant. It also improves surface toughness and reduces steering marks. The finished product is a dark black color that makes the asphalt look new and brings great curb appeal to the property. 

​Hot Pour Crack Fill 

Using a hot pour crack filler lets the material penetrate the crack fast and holds up longer while being flexible in warm and cold weather. Crack filling is a must as cracks are the main entry points for water. Cracks left untreated will continue to grow and splinter until the asphalt is irreparable and costly replacement has to be incurred.
